Comprendre complètement comment une tumeur se développe chez un patient demeure encore un enjeu important en oncologie. Plusieurs approches sont possibles pour parvenir à un tel objectif. Parmi eux, les modèles mathématiques décrivant les processus sous-jacent aux croissances tumorales peuvent être utilisés à différent niveaux : au niveau moléculaire ou cellulaire, au niveau tissulaire ou au niveau du corps en prenant en compte les échanges entre les différentes parties du corps (essentiels pour la description des métastases, par exemple). Les modèles mathématiques peuvent aussi être utiles pour développer de nouvelles stratégies thérapeutiques. Dans tous les cas, il est nécessaire de construire un interface entre d’une part les mathématiciens, physiciens et automaticiens et, d’autre part, les oncologues, radiologues et biologistes. Ce workshop veut offrir une opportunité à tous ces scientifiques d’échanger leurs points de vue sur la croissance tumorale et de réfléchir sur de nouvelles manières de collaborer.

Il n’y a pas de frais d’inscription pour toute inscription avant le 30 Octobre 2015 (toute inscription au delà de cette date entraînera des frais de 50€). L’inscription est obligatoire pour assister au Workshop.

  • Localisation du CORIA sur Google Map
  • Comment parvenir jusqu’à nous : à partir de la gare (Rouen Rive droite) : prenez le métro, direction Technopole du Madrillet (Saint-Etienne du Rouvray) - attention, seul un train sur deux environ va jusqu’à Madrillet - descendez du métro au terminus (cela prend environ 25 min entre la gare et la fin de la ligne). Ensuite marchez jusqu’au CORIA (5 min, voir la carte ci-dessus).

Ce workshop est organisé par le groupe de recherche Dynamiques Biomédicales from CORIA avec le soutien institutionel de Takeda Oncology et Chugai Pharma France.
